Meditation Made Easy

Please take the appropriate time for each lesson in each video. Each video is intended to be practiced for one full week.  

Even if you commit to 3 times a week, that is a healthy place to start. I recommend practicing the exercise every day, but create a commitment that works for you. There are specific assignments and instructions that are given in each video.  Take the time to do the exercises. You committed to this program, so make the most of it! :)
