Simply put, this is a course on relaxation. Basic techniques to aid in living each day consciously and aware. There will always be challenges in life and through your ability to relax and gracefully glide through the obstacles will be your greatest asset.
With meditation, yoga, crystals, and other earthly things, I provide some of my daily rituals on how I keep relaxed in even the most stressful of times. When you activate the parasympathetic nervous system on a regular basis, relaxation through all the waves of life just gets easier.
