Stress Busting Meditation
Recently, I've been under a lot of stress.
And to be honest, I fell into a depression for about 3 weeks.
Unable to motivate myself, not waiting to exercise, meditate, do yoga, or anything at all.
I fell pretty hard this time around...
But, one thing I am certain of that I've learned so far in my 25 years on existing on Planet Earth is that I always bounce back... It's this thought that kept me going... While my mind was taking over with a lot of negativity, I deeply knew... "I will bounce back stronger than ever."
I don't know about you, but I seem to crumble before I rise.
Getting more and more distant from my practice, I soon realized that it was time for me to dive deeper into my spiritual practice. I needed a new meditation, pranayama or kriya to reset me.
With a deep long talk from my Guru and mentor, I cried and released a lot of pain that was stuck and stagnant within me... Then, I found this meditation in my Kundalini Yoga Teacher's Manual.
It really saved the day.
Its my intention that if you are going through something that feels overwhelming and you're feeling defeated, try out this meditation.
I've been sticking to it like glue - its so powerful!
