Your first task is to watch, learn and participate in the Online Course Meditation Made Easy (just scroll down and the videos will appear) and become familiar with some of the basics of yogic breathing. The information in these videos will 100% help you with practical tools to use in every day moments and situations. In addition to the meditation techniques, I also share personal stories of my travels around the world and how having a meditation practice has helped me through challenges and obstacles.

Meditation Made Easy
Please take the appropriate time for each lesson in each video.
Ideally, each video is intended to be practiced once per day, for one full week.
Even if you commit to 3 times a week, that is a healthy place to start. I recommend practicing the exercise every day, first thing in the morning and in the evening before bed... but create a commitment that works for you. Use these tools when you are faced will stress or undesirable emotion throughout your day and see if you can transform it and transmute it.
There are specific assignments and instructions that are given in each video.
