Mid Day Meditation Reset


Finding time to meditate can be challenging especially when you are just getting started. Applying any kind of conscious practice into our lives takes discipline and in the beginning it can just feel… well… overwhelming.

And… if thats the case, its a sign meditation is definitely needed.

This meditation is a 90 second movement + pranayama exercise that quickly and powerfully resets your electromagnetic field. This is one of those meditations in my back pocket!
