Enjoy These Free Meditations

Guided meditations are a wonderful spiritual tool to have in your back pocket. Listen anytime of day when you need to relax, rejuvenate or reconnect within. Simply listen and let go. 


  • Be sure to either lay down and follow the guidance OR sit up with a straight spine
    and follow along.

  • These can be done at any time of day, but best to start and end your day with meditation.

  • Remember to breath deeply, full complete breaths as you listen
